Florida Real Estate Law - requires buyers and sellers to be notified by licensees of their authorized brokerage relationship, either as a single agent or transaction broker. Sellers Agent - List homes and protect the seller. It is their legal obligation to convince you to buy that property at the highest price and at the best terms for the seller. Buyers Agent - Skills are used only in the best interest of the buyer. A buyer's agent is in a stronger position in negotiations, which typically results in a lower purchase price. We do not charge our buyers a fee. We're compensated by sharing the commission that the seller has agreed to pay their listing agent and such compensation does not compromise our duties owed to the Buyer.
